Committees and Ministry Teams
Our Ministry Teams exist to aid every member of Christ Covenant Church to use their gifts that the Spirit has given and to increase member involvement in the planning and execution of our ministries. Teams are overseen by Committees led by our elders.

This committee oversees the youth, children, men and women's teams providing discipleship structure to all ages and appropriate recommendations to the session.

This team exists to minister to our covenant children from newborn through elementary school.

Congregation Committee (Scott Sartor)
This committee oversees the care/connect and church life/hospitality teams and recommends actions to the session ensuring members receive care and are connecting to each other and that visitors and welcomed and assimilated.

Care and Connect Ministry Team (Chris Lyons)
This team ensures membership visitation and Lord's Supper distribution to shut-ins, recommends our small group calendar and strategy, handles the meal calendar, oversees our newcomers luncheons and Inquirer's class, recommends corporate prayer plans, and coordinates a member spiritual gift inventory.

Church Life and Hospitality Team (Jodi Plunk)
This team is in charge of all key church wide/community events and the kitchen and coordinates Sunday morning hospitality. They compile volunteer rotations for greeting, communion, and coffee preparation.

Worship Committee (Bob Barber)
This committee ensures regular Lord's Day worship services are in accordance with BCO 47-51, works alongside the music director to recommend bulletin content to the session and maintains an approved song book. They also ensure member gift usage through regular recruiting and rotating musicians and singers as well as oversee all Sunday morning technology and sound.

Missions Committee (Jared Barkley)
This committee communicates with our mission partners and recommends support levels. They organize the annual missions week. They also help the church engage mercy ministry locally.

This team creates and manages the annual budget, reports on receipts and disbursements to the congregation, and does stewardship promotion and education.
